Minimum number of years and nature of experience
• 1-3 years in an events role for a global organisation or business, with demonstrated success
• 5 years experience in global organisation or business, with demonstrated success
• Experience of supporting series of events national or international events
• Ability to run event schedules, stage production (runs of show), speaker management, liaising with team over creative content, such as film and branding

• Results-driven with experience of measuring the performance of events
• Awareness of global events including emerging themes, trends and technologies
• Good interpersonal skills and effective at developing relationships with stakeholders, vendors and suppliers
